Scott grew up in a small farming community northwest of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he met his wife and lifelong best friend, Patricia. They have been happily married since 1994. Scott and Patti attended the same high school in Souderton, Pennsylvania, and later studied together at university in Center Valley. Both earned their bachelor’s degrees from DeSales University—known locally as “the college in the cornfield.” Scott later earned his MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management at DeVry University in Chicago.
Together, Scott and Patti raised three children, all now grown, and share their home with two large dogs. In 2003, they relocated from southeastern Pennsylvania to northwest Georgia, where they now live on a small farm in Villanow and proudly call Northwest Georgia home.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys music, sports, reading, and American history. Professionally, he spent 20 years with Verizon before transitioning into the financial services industry. What Scott values most about his work is the opportunity to serve others—helping individuals and families plan for their financial futures and move forward with confidence. He takes great pride in lending a helping hand and lives by the principle of service above self.
